| Description: | Leads a team of reservation agents. Handles all incoming calls for reservations for our 14 properties managed by MacCall Management. Sells rooms, provides excellent Guest Service. and enter various reports into computer. |
| Duties: | Participates i hiring reservation agents, coach, trains and provide bacck up and any other administrative duties. Answers phones, sells guest rooms by phone. May compile reports using the computer and other miscellaneous duties in the call center. |
| Qualifications: | Must have very strong inbound selling and customer service skills. Must be enthusiastic and professional and have an eye for detail. Prior inbound sales experience preferred. Must be reliable and dependable. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. |
