| Description: | Maintain hotel and property, inspect hotel, repair equipment, furniture, tistures, damages to the exterior and interior of building. The position also requires preventative maintenance work, maintaining good recoreds, pool and sprinkler maintenance, and special projects. |
| Duties: | Repairs and maintenance of hotel, rooms, pool that require plubing, electrical, and HVAC experience and knowledge. |
| Qualifications: | Previous experience required. |
