| Description: | Hires, trains and superives all Guest Service Associates. Provides support, coaching and problem-solving for team. Is lead for helping guests resolve any issues. May assist General Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. |
| Duties: | Interviews, selects and trains all front desk Associates. Provides motivation, developing a positive, professional team of great Guest Service people who delight Guests each day, one at a time. |
| Qualifications: | Must have hotel supervisory experience or solid high quality guest service experience. Must be able to supervise a staff of 10-12, providing strong leadership. |
