|Description:||Reports directly to Director of Sales and supports Sales Office with group and client needs. Sales Office supports includes, but, is not limited to: Management of group arrival/departures, room lists, group billing & follow up, set up of meetings and events with catering, inventory and reservation management, office organization, filing, office supplies, etc. Responsible for select SMERF Market Sales as part of sales team, providing inside and outside sales for the downtown Crystal Inn, contacting new clients, booking groups and clients, successfully closing business for the property.|
|Duties:||Provide group and meeting support. Conduct sales calls to new and existing accounts, develop leads, close business and add to revenue at the hotel. Will be expected to meet and/or exceed revenue goals as part of sales team. |
|Qualifications:||Must be Computer Proficient, well organized and experienced in the sales process. Must be professional, enthusiastic, a team player and proactive. Must be organized, able to multi-task and be an awesome addition to a very successful sales team.|
